The through tubular stringers screwed to the pedestal head ensure equilibrium to the grid of the entire structure (even at considerable heights) as well as electrical continuity.
The end shoulders of the stringer, produced by a drawing process on the pedestal head, are interconnected by ribbing which ensures appreciable strength.
